Room Tiny Homes approached Creative Instinct at the earliest stage of their journey with a vision to create beautifully designed tiny, modular homes that offer a smarter and more flexible way of living.
Working closely with the founders, we developed the brand from the ground up. Through an initial discovery phase, we explored the philosophy behind Room, the audience they wanted to reach, and how the brand could position itself within the growing tiny and modular housing movement.
From there we created a complete brand identity designed to reflect the simplicity and architectural thinking behind the homes themselves. The visual language balances modern minimalism with warmth and approachability, helping the brand feel both premium and accessible while echoing the considered nature of the homes.
With the brand established, we then designed and developed the Room Tiny Homes website (https://roomtinyhomes.com.au). The site was intentionally designed to feel minimal and spacious. Just like the homes themselves, the digital experience focuses on clarity, thoughtful design and the efficient use of space. Clean typography, generous white space and a restrained colour palette allow the architecture and photography of the homes to take centre stage, while simple navigation guides visitors through the modular concept and available models.
The result is a calm and considered digital experience that reflects the brand philosophy while helping potential buyers easily explore the possibilities of modular tiny living.
